TMMC employees can use the app to read the latest factory news, check the factory calendar to learn about the upcoming events, exchange messages with their colleagues using the internal messenger and see the real-time factory stats.
The app allows employees to submit Kaizen ideas (A concept of continuous improvement that implies that all employees from the CEO to the assembly line works can provide their ideas) or make an absence call.
